Depending on what type of disaster it is you have to do different things. But here are three examples.

1. In case of war
   Go to a bomb shelter as fast as you can. This is really important every second counts.
   Try to get info about what have happened. If they are no immediately attack go home and wait for your family it is important that you not call someone unless it is absolutely necessary.
    Check what you have in your home. Look for food, medical stuff, candles, batteries and other important stuff. Then you make a list of what you have to buy or get in other ways. Draw off as much water as you can, because it can happened that the water stops coming.
   Go and buy it.
   Check if there is anything you can do for your neighbors, the community.
   
2. In case of natural disaster
   If you hear the alarm for emergency preparedness, close your windows and shutdown the ventilation.
    Try to get info about what have happened. Check on the radio or maybe the television. If is clear to go home, go home to your family. It is important that you not call anyone unless it is absolutely necessary.
    When you are home close all your windows and doors. Shut down the ventilation if you have any.  Draw off as much water as you can, because it can happened that the water stops coming.
   Try to find out more info about the disaster.
   
3. In case of a pandemic
   This is absolutely necessary stay in your home. Shut down the ventilation and close all the windows and doors.
   Try to get more info about the pandemic.
   Do not go out unless it is someone from the government or any other very trustable person says that it is okay.
   Do not let anyone into your house. If people are trying to brake in. Take a your vacuum cleaners hose and stick up a knife in front or do something else the point is that the thief should not touch you and that is extremely important.
   If you get sick call 112.
   

New week and a new mission is a rule that I have learned in the time in the army. This week’s mission is to stop all Norwegians from going to Sweden and hoard food. The order came after the Swedish parliament has made a new law which prohibits Norwegians to shop in Sweden if it’s cheaper. The idea for the law came from Sverigedemokraterna after Norway and some other countries, who produces oil, stopped to sell oil to other countries. Personally I think the world is going mad and this is absolute crazy. But what can a soldier like me do for the world’s best, what can one single person do in a big world like this. I have to think about  that for a while and my conclusion is that you cannot do much if you keep going like everybody else; you have to change your life which can be hard in a disaster like this.
